Quality over quantity

The giving can be as small as a plastic bag, or a wine cork, a glass jar. If you have nothing with you, it can even simply be doing something in the shop, like bottling some oil. This is a place you can always walk in, even if you forgot to bring all those jars you kept on the side. Obviously the giving can be as big as helping others cooking, or even starting a new food operation.
