Second hand modules

The shop is always made of the same modules: shelves, crates, fridge and freezer, kitchen top, cooking plates, sink, kichen appliances and tools. As much as possible these materials are sourced from the surplus of the city and the interpersonal networks: leftovers, borrowed, end of stock, archives, warehouses, basements, second hand, scraps. To walk into a shop is the last resort.

Hyperburgers is the graduation project and ongoing design research of Francesca Tambussi, social design master alumni of Design Academy Eindhoven and freelance art director.
