For the past 6 months I’ve been running a first low-key shop in Burgers, one of the last standing house projects of Eindhoven. I opened it every Friday while also cooking with chef Martijn for the communal dinner night (reach out to be added to the dinner booking whatsapp). Did two hyperburgers cooking sessions. Been learning and sharing some new foods. Slowly met all these awesome people. With the kitchen crew, we got down with the dinner leftovers redistribution. Check some photos on instagram.
