I grew up with this oil. It is made by the husband of the niece of my grandmother, Agazio. My grandma always ordered it for the whole family. The memory of her kitchen is tied forever to it. Agazio is extremely diligent and precise. He does everything by himself. The fields are on the Ionic coast of Calabria, by the sea. He demands the wash of the communal tanks at the local mill not to mix his product with pesticides. It's a strong tasty calabrian extravirgin olive oil.
